The vote to ratify the updated mandate and methodology outlined above has been combined with the ETHplus Rebalance Proposal Q1 2026 IP and has been moved onchain.
After the update to Protocol version 4.2.0. another onchain vote will occur to formally change the onchain mandate to the one outlined above.
