Couldn’t agree more @ham. That’s why I wrote it has to be fair and aligned with objectives of all parties involved. I realize I may not have described it very clear, but I definitely meant to include the Fintech’s needs and objectives in this. Striking a balance for all parties involved is what matters to me.
