In the spirit of providing increased rewards to holders and still contributing rewards to RSR stakers, submitting this RFC with poll to update the revenue distribution.

- 88 percent to eleosUSD holders
- 6 percent for Airdrops & the Eleos Reserve
- 2 percent to RSR stakers
- 4 percent to Charities
