The rationale:

  • Reserve TVL is heavily ETH dependent
  • Base showed success case on chain expansion

Reserve is one of the underrated protocols that steadily growth throughout 2024.

However, TVL in term of dollar started to show heavily pressure because of weak ETH price, and matter of fact, SOLETH pair is now ATH.

Reserve should not be restrained by Ether price and should reach more chains if one believes future, is multi-chains. Base showed a success story that capturing the network effect attracted by the network.

This discussion is to gather view from the community as we believe Reserve should expand to multiple blockchain, taking advantage of their growth and have lesser dependent on ETH.

Yes, Avax , Sol, XRP, EGLD, ALGO, Ect……all blockchains that want to have backing fully collateralized stable coins that is inflation/ deflation resistant! This could help blockchains mutually and give trust to each other in collaborations !
