I intended to move this vote on-chain this week however there is currently no way of changing the default detection parameter at the RToken level. Instead, this parameter is managed at the plug-in level and as such out of the remit of governance.
ABC Labs have undertaken the necessary lift to support this at the RToken level. However, this change must undergo the same rigorous audit and testing that the rest of the protocol has been subjected to. Once pushed live, expected in the next 2-4 weeks, I will proceed with the on-chian vote.
