Yes I have, except for the ones where I specifically mentioned why I did not.
The requirement of placing the candidate on such short notice is slightly fast all of a sudden. But I am going to make time now to write one up.

As announced on the DTF governance weekly yesterday, we are extending the deadline to end of this week (March 22, midnight UTC), to give more community stewards time to participate.
