Rational: After careful examination and participation in the multiple week back and forth with OETH, it sadly does not make the cut for this current rebalance. As ETH+ currently already satsifies the priorities of its mandate (decentralization, hedging, liquidity, etc.) it is sufficient to look towards maintaining a competitive yield profile. With this proposal, the first of 2 rebalances will get ETH+ there.
