What has happened so far
We officially kicked off the Reserve Delegate Program six weeks ago.
Due to a st of delays in getting the final delegation amounts out to everybody we decided to have the “official” start on April 15th and the first full month run to May 15th.
So far, we have seen the delegate program to be a success.
Substantial voting power has been delegated, and four yield DTFs now have 3 additional governors that express diverse opinions on the Forum and on-chain.
Specifically, we have:
- 0xd15co - covering eUSD and USD3
- Braden - covering ETH+ and bsdETH
- Eureka - covering USD3 and bsdETH
- Ham - covering ETH+ and eUSD
- R72 - covering USD3 and eUSD
- Zeb - covering ETH+ and bsdETH

How have delegates performed
Anode wrote a little script that indexes on-chain voting data to see how delegates have voted (thanks Claude), and is then looking at Forum delegate threads to see if rationales were given.
When collecting rationales, the question came up where the ideal location for rationales is:
- In the forum posts that turned into IPs?
- In the delegate thread in the respective Forum category
We decided that having at least a collection of links to the rationales in the delegate category was good practice, because it allows potential delegators to see how delegates voted in one place, without scouring the Forum.
All delegates voted on 100% of their respective votes and gave rationales for 100% of their votes.
The only exception being Eureka, governing bsdETH and USD3, where no votes had taken place in the last six weeks.
Hence all six delegates are eligibile for delegate compensation.
Good work by everyone and a promising start in a more community driven chapter of yield DTFs.
Onward to the next month.
