Hey Guys, need Help because I unstaked My RSR and after the two weeks waiting, they seemed to be vanished. They don’t appear on my wallet, and I can’t find the transaction anymore on the reserve App.

You may need to do an additional transaction to receive the unstaked RSR. Process looks like this, if I am not mistaken:
- Request unstake
- Wait two weeks
- Exchange stakedRSR for RSR in the smart contract (but I’m not sure which exchange rate is referenced - either the current rate, or the rate from two weeks prior)

Yep, Braden is correct: after the unstaking delay, you need to initiate an additional transaction to withdraw. Go back to the staking page of the RToken you staked on, scroll down and you will find a ‘Withdraw’ button you need to click on to initiate the transaction.

Can anyone help. I have waited the 14 day cooldown period. In the box that says “in withdraw process” i can see my rsr but the withdraw button is gray and I cannot click it. Thanks
