[RFC] Change to Revenue Distribution

In the spirit of providing increased rewards to holders and still contributing rewards to RSR stakers, submitting this RFC with poll to update the revenue distribution.

  • 88 percent to eleosUSD holders
  • 6 percent for Airdrops & the Eleos Reserve
  • 2 percent to RSR stakers
  • 4 percent to Charities
