Introduction
DAOplomats is a governance-as-a-service organization that empowers DAOs through effective governance, treasury management, grants programs, and community-building initiatives. We help DAOs reach their full potential by designing better governance processes, supporting informed participation, and active collaboration across communities.
Our work is guided by objective decision-making, decentralization, positive-sum collaboration, and support for the public good. We aim to help decentralized organizations make decisions that are transparent, accountable, and aligned with long-term ecosystem health.
Why You Should Delegate to Us
Delegators should choose DAOplomats because we bring practical governance experience across major DAOs and a consistent process for evaluating proposals. Our approach combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, transparent rationale, and a focus on outcomes that strengthen the protocol and its broader ecosystem.
We have experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, analyzing proposals objectively, supporting grants programs, and improving community participation. As a delegate, DAOplomats can help Reserve governance benefit from professional, consistent, and publicly accountable participation.
What Voters Can Expect from Us
Voters can expect DAOplomats to review Reserve proposals carefully, vote with clear reasoning, and disclose potential conflicts of interest whenever relevant. We will prioritize decisions that support Reserve’s long-term resilience, transparent governance, sustainable ecosystem growth, and broader adoption.
DAOplomats will also look for opportunities to support cross-DAO collaboration, community education, and practical governance improvements. Our goal is to contribute as an active delegate that helps Reserve make well-reasoned decisions while keeping participation accessible and constructive.
Proof of History
DAOplomats has participated as a delegate or governance contributor across multiple ecosystems, including Aave, Arbitrum, ENS, Lido, Optimism, 1inch, Shutter, Safe, Uniswap, Everclear, and others.
