Introduction
Eureka is a governance and DAO operations collective united by a shared belief in decentralized governance and the importance of active and responsible participation across DAOs. Our introduction to Reserve came through the discovery of the CMC20 and ETH+ products, which we believe are some of the best primitives for investing in the crypto ecosystem.
As early contributors to projects like Index Coop, which pioneered onchain Index investing, we still share the belief that protocols like Reserve are the key to onboarding the next billion users onchain.
Why You Should Delegate to Me
Our mission is to help DAOs and decentralized ecosystems operate efficiently without compromising decentralization, while reducing bureaucratic friction, preserving democratic processes, and fostering healthy, sustainable growth.
We also firmly believe in the Reserve protocol’s mission to hold and transfer an entire portfolio of tokenized assets as a single unit, and are holders of its flagship products. The current market cap of Reserve‘s flagship products do not reflect their ultimate potential, and we are determined to proliferate their growth however possible. While it is understood that during the trial run, we will not be able to govern products like CMC20, we are still eager to contribute to the Reserve Project as delegates.
While the Eureka team is relatively new, our team has multiple years of experience in onchain governance, and are currently verified delegates for Scroll. Our rationalization philosophy uses a principles-driven framework for voting and governance, assessing proposals on security, economic sustainability, user growth, and competitiveness. We demand cost-benefit justification for any overhead, prioritizing capital efficiency and returns. We support faster, clearer, accountable decisions without added bureaucracy, and proactively seek clarifications for incomplete info rather than rushing judgments.
What Voters Can Expect from Me
-
100% voting rate on all proposals, with shared rationales provided promptly.
-
Voters can expect a structured, principles-driven approach to voting and governance participation. We carefully assess proposals based on their impact on protocol security, economic sustainability, user growth, and long-term competitiveness in the ecosystem.
-
We prioritize rigorous cost-benefit analysis, ensuring expected outcomes justify any financial, operational, or governance overhead while focusing on capital efficiency and measurable returns.
-
Proposals that enhance decision-making speed, clarity, and accountability without adding unnecessary complexity or bureaucracy will have our strong support.
-
When information is incomplete or risks unclear, we actively engage in discussions, request clarifications, and encourage iteration rather than rushing to approve or reject.
Proof of History
While we have no formal history within Reserve governance, one of our members has been a member of the forum for the past 3 months and has been keeping up with recent discussions. While we are by no means experts in the Reserve project, we look forward to learning more about and actively contributing to the protocol.
