December 2025 Call Recap
We opened with a simple question that became the focus of the call:
What is the one deliverable we can ship in the next 90 days that’s most meaningful to the ecosystem?
We had a list of good ideas, but we needed to commit to one artifact to build momentum.
Consensus: before we build shiny things, we need to model the machine.
Cornerstone: dynamic DTF + RSR burn model
The conversation snapped into focus around a high-leverage deliverable:
A dynamic model that links DTF behavior to RSR burn mechanics, built to simulate scenarios.
This tool creates clarity for builders, governors, and outsiders trying to understand the interplay between RSR and DTFs. It can show veterans and newcomers what RSR could look like if DTFs succeed.
@0xd15co shared that he’s worked on simplified models before and is willing to go deeper for a more sophisticated version. We also acknowledged existing ecosystem work (including contributions from @R72 / @r2g ) and agreed to coordinate rather than duplicate.
Leads: @0xd15co + @R72 + @0xJMG will inventory existing modeling work and build an expanded, toggleable model that can simulate different outcomes, so the ecosystem has a shared map.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey
@blue shared that an NPS survey has been built. NPS is a standard measure of customer loyalty; it gauges how likely someone is to recommend you to others. It helps identify pain points, highlight what’s working, and track sentiment over time.
The results will serve as an objective barometer for ABC Labs, Confusion Capital, and the broader ecosystem. The DRF will stress-test and refine the survey before rolling it out to the wider community soon.
Comms
We had a debate here. @blue shared an early lesson: replying too aggressively got the DRF X account flagged as spam. Two other members expressed skepticism over “reply guy” growth tactics. @0xJMG pushed back with the key qualifier: useful replies win; low-quality replies lose.
We also touched on coordinated engagement, a short film project that requires a strong closing, and DRF X account delegation, allowing more members to contribute to growth (so long as output stays positive and high-signal).

Happy New Year
As we enter 2026, I reflect on how the last 7 years have reinforced the importance of what we’re building. Inflation cooling from its peak does not change the lashings we’ve endured. We will continue to accumulate societal scars and repeat this cycle until asset-backed currency exists. Reserve’s mission remains the most ambitious and noble there is.
